The rest of the day I did nothing except talk to Comstock on the phone at home, finding times when no one would overhear. Finally in the evening I got up the guts to call Mrs. Bradlee and told her we didn't do it. She said OK and if we heard anything to let her know. Comstock called her too. We seem fairly safe now, but I am still damn worried. | ||
