August 1, Saturday I called Jane. She's in the Aquacade tonight and asked me to walk her up to the pool for rehearsal, but I had to babysit. Crap! I asked her to Yaeger's party. She said "Oh, John, I'd LOVE to." Rowf! 'S allright! Comstock picked me up at 7:00 to go to the Aquacade. It was real good. Afterwards we heard that Jane and the Aquacade girls had gone to Ricardi's on Route 161 for pizza, but we couldn't get a ride. I never did get in touch with Jane. Damn.
